Update to SI's & Calendar

A further update to SIs was made 26th October 2024 to provide scoring reliefe to those undertaking HSC exams, working with the race committee or representing HHSC exclusively at State, National or International events. There was also a change to the Optimist Club Championship race 1 schedule.  Details here.
